Sysco Productions is delighted to announce that our talented Delivery Director, Libby Hooper, will be taking over the leadership of Sysco and moving into the role of Managing Director as of this week.

Libby has been managing Sysco’s most important projects and ultimately our delivery operations for the last 4 years and, in that time, has transformed how our teams execute some of the world’s most creative and technically complex cultural and themed entertainment experiences.

Hugo Roche, Sysco’s co-founder and Managing Director for the last 25 years, will be moving to the role of Commercial Director. Hugo will maintain daily involvement in the business, closely supporting Libby as she leads Sysco in creating the future of immersive storytelling.

Hugo said: 

Over the past couple of years Mark and I have been preparing the business we founded in 1998 for the next phase of its growth and development. We are delighted to have found in Libby somebody who has amply demonstrated the skills needed to deliver that ambition whilst sharing the values that helped us establish Sysco as the market leading company it is today.

I am excited to be taking up the role of Commercial Director which will keep me actively involved in the business, supporting Libby and the rest of Sysco’s leadership team as they write the next exciting chapter in Sysco’s story.

This wonderful opportunity would not have been possible without Hugo’s careful and generous mentorship, and his and co-founder Mark Burgin’s exceptional stewardship of the business over the last quarter of a century. Now and in the future Sysco will be innovative in our services and project execution, we will be creative in our storytelling, and we will be responsible in our operations.
