The Solutions Architect is a cross-departmental resource focussed on pre-sales and early design phases of projects. The Solutions Architect (SA) is expected to work on multiple projects concurrently, prioritising and scaling their time as required to meet the business needs.
The SA is a key role in the organisation as they link R&D, Visualisation, Business Development and Delivery, reinforcing quality and excellence in Sysco’s technical ability, and de-risking the transference of opportunities into projects.
● Wide industry knowledge of technical innovation and at least 10 year’s experience as an AV designer.
● Proven track record of winning and delivering high profile technology design solutions in associated markets.
● Good understanding of IT and networks.
● Experienced in the contribution and development of effective ways of working and creation of strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
● Have support and vision for the Sysco story.
● Positive, enthusiastic and pragmatic in approach.
● Highly motivated and proactive.
● Demonstrates excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and work on multiple projects concurrently.
● Strong team player with a team orientated approach.
● Professional manner with the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, clients and stakeholders.
● Proven team player with leadership skills including the ability to coach and energise others and effectively willingly delegate.
